I’m attorney Dean Weitzman. I created MyPhillyLawyer to help the people of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas get the legal help they need.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and I am passionate about helping people here in Philly with their legal problems.

You may also know me as the host of Court Radio, a radio program that airs each Sunday morning at 7 a.m. on WRNB-FM, 107.9 FM.

My Education and Experience

I have been practicing law in Philadelphia for more than 20 years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University in 1984 and my law degree in 1987 from Temple University School of Law.

I’m a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer’s Associations.

I’ve won millions of dollars in compensation for injured people in Philadelphia. My trial experience includes medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability and personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, workers’ compensation and estate litigation. I’ve litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
